All data transmitted between your device and 99piso is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by major Philippine banks including BPI and BDO. Data at rest is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. 99piso honours these rights and provides a clear process for exercising them.
99piso collects only the data required to operate your account, process your transactions, meet KYC and AML regulatory requirements, and maintain platform security. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for these defined purposes.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Philippine law — including PAGCOR regulatory obligations and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements. Data is deleted or anonymised when retention is no longer required.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 99piso will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines within the timelines required by the Data Privacy Act and its implementing rules.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by 99piso ("99piso," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://99piso.vip ("Platform"). This Policy describes how 99piso processes personal data relating to users of the Platform ("Players," "Users," or "you"), in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By registering an account on 99piso, using any of the Platform's services, or visiting 99piso.vip, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.
This Policy should be read alongside the 99piso Terms & Conditions, which govern the general use of the Platform.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable data protection regulations, 99piso is the data controller responsible for your personal data. As data controller, 99piso determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

99piso does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only with parties that are contractually required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including: payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, banking partners); KYC and identity verification providers; fraud detection and security vendors; game software providers (who may receive anonymised session data for game delivery purposes); and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict how they may use your data.
We may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Philippine National Police, or other competent authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made strictly to the extent required and in compliance with applicable legal procedures.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of 99piso's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the receiving entity prior to your data being transferred.
We may share your data with other parties where you have provided explicit consent to do so for a specific purpose.
99piso uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that allow the Platform to recognise your browser, maintain your session, and provide a personalised experience.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 99piso's internal data destruction procedures. Where anonymisation is used, the resulting data cannot be re-associated with an identified individual and is no longer subject to data protection obligations.

Right to Be Informed
The right to be informed of what personal data 99piso collects about you, the purposes for which it is processed, how long it is retained, and with whom it is shared. This Policy fulfils that obligation.
Right to Access
The right to request a copy of the personal data 99piso holds about you. Access requests may be submitted via the contact details in Section 15. 99piso will respond within thirty (30) days.
Right to Rectification
The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update certain information directly through your account settings; other updates require a support request.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
The right to request deletion of your personal data, where no legitimate legal basis for continued retention exists. Note: this right cannot override 99piso's obligations to retain data under Philippine law, including PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
Right to Object
The right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds of legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Objections to marketing communications can be exercised through your account settings at any time.
Right to Data Portability
The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request its transmission to another data controller where technically feasible.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe 99piso has processed your personal data in violation of your rights or applicable law. See Section 15 for contact information.
To exercise any of your rights, contact the 99piso Data Protection Officer as described in Section 15. We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond in full within thirty (30) days. Identity verification may be required before we can action your request.
The 99piso Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 99piso does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is enforced at the point of registration through date-of-birth disclosure, and confirmed through KYC identity document verification prior to enabling withdrawals. If 99piso determines that an account has been registered by a person under the minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended, all personal data collected will be handled in accordance with legal requirements, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 21 has provided personal data to 99piso, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.
In the course of providing the Platform's services, personal data may be transferred to, stored at, or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — including cloud infrastructure providers and certain KYC technology vendors. Such transfers occur only where:

The 99piso Platform integrates third-party services to deliver its full functionality, including payment processing (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), game software from licensed studios, identity verification services, and fraud detection technology. These third parties process your personal data only as necessary to provide their specific service and are bound by data processing agreements with 99piso.
99piso is not responsible for the independent data practices of third-party payment platforms, mobile wallet providers, or banking partners. When you interact directly with GCash, PayMaya, or any bank interface, those interactions are governed by those organisations' own privacy policies. 99piso encourages you to review those policies as they relate to your use of those services.
99piso does not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or behavioural targeting tools that would allow external parties to track your activity on the Platform for commercial profiling purposes.
99piso reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or the way 99piso processes your personal data, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via the Platform and your registered contact information before the change takes effect.
Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Policy, or the addition of new data categories that are consistent with existing purposes — may take effect upon publication, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the 99piso Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you may close your account by contacting support.

99piso will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and provide a full response within thirty (30) calendar days. In complex cases, we may request an extension of up to an additional thirty (30) days, and will notify you of this in advance.
If you believe 99piso has failed to adequately address your privacy concern, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). The NPC accepts complaints from Philippine residents whose data privacy rights they believe have been violated.
